Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching, unlike therapy, which primarily focuses on diagnoing and fixing problem to return to normal functioning, is all about exploring endless possibilites and becoming your authentic self. Coaching is a deep dive into self-exploration and can help you better identify patterns you may not see yourself, without relying on typical labels and diagnoses.
While practicing as a Coach, but with the credentials of a Therapist Nicole has freedom to create personalized programs that are tailored to your unique needs. In therapy, it's unconventional and usually not encouraged to contact or keep in touch with your therapist between sessions, whereas with coaching, you are recieving ongoing support. This means you can reach out to Nicole when things come up in the moment and you need assistance, making the working relationships and process more flexible and supportive.
Another and one of the largest advantages of Coaching is that it transcends geographical boundaries. Therapists are oftentimes limited to praciticing in one state without reciprocity, whereas practicing as a coach allows Nicole to work with you regardless of where you are located.
